Liability and privacy

All information on the server is given without guarantee for its correctness and represents the current state of the information at the time of its documentation.

The Dr. Born - Dr. Ermel GmbH assumes no liability for data loss, damage, etc. resulting from the use of the retrieved information (programs, scripts, links, tips, etc.). The application of the offer on the homepage is always at your own risk.

In the German case law, the view is held that the operator of a homepage by attaching links to external websites owns the statements there and is under certain circumstances obliged to pay damages (Hamburg Regional Court, judgment of 12 May 1998, 312 O 85/98). This can only be prevented by the explicit distancing from the contents of these pages.

The Dr. Born - Dr. Ermel GmbH hereby expressly emphasizes that it has no influence whatsoever on the design and content of the pages referred to from its homepage. Before attaching a link, the engineering firm will ensure, through a review, that any breaches of the law or violations of the content of these pages are not apparent. However, links are always dynamic references. The possibility of subsequent modification of the linked websites by their operators includes the possibility that unlawful or infringing content without the knowledge of the engineering bureau are subsequently introduced into these pages.

In this case, Dr. Ing. Born - Dr. Ermel GmbH from the outset explicit distance from these illegal or infringing content. It will immediately remove the link to this page, as far as this is technically possible and reasonable, as soon as it has become aware that a specific internet service to which it has provided a link can cause civil or criminal liability.

The layout of the homepage, the graphics used, the collection of the contributions as well as the contributions themselves are protected by copyright. The pages may only be reproduced for private use, changes made and reproductions neither distributed nor used for public reproduction.

Data Privacy Statement of the Dr. Born - Dr. Ermel GmbH
