Description:

The state capital of Wiesbaden has planned the construction and implementation of a waste recycling- and residual waste treatment center.
In the waste recycling- and residual waste treatment center the waste will be sorted for recycling and the municipal waste of Wiesbaden will be treated mechanically and biologically. The aim is to discharge / separate the recyclable fractions (waste-sorting plant) as well as the mechanical-biological residual waste pretreatment (MBT) and the separation into a low calorific and a high calorific fraction.
Through the establishment of a material flow management system, the developed basic concept includes the ability to technically separate the resulting waste streams.
